Free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend. We ship to destinations available at checkout. Pieces are custom-crafted and ship directly; please allow about 30–40 business days for delivery. Engraving or personalization may add about 5 business days.

Hassle-Free Returns
Standard Returns: Items in unused and original condition can be returned by mail within 30 days. An original receipt or e-receipt is required.
Damaged/Defective Items: Returns for these items can be easily processed online.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom personalized items (e.g. engraved rings) and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure your jewelry maintains its luster and energy for years to come, please follow these simple care steps:
Wear with Care
The Golden Rule: Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.
Avoid Chemicals: Remove your pieces before applying perfumes, lotions, or hairspray. These can dull the metal and damage delicate gemstones.
Stay Dry: Take off your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Chlorine and sweat are not a friend to fine finishes.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Gentle Touch: After wearing, wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove surface oils.
Deep Clean: For a deeper clean, use lukewarm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry—never leave them damp.
Safe Storage
Individual Spaces: Store your pieces separately in their Morrow Land pouch or a lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling.
Cool & Dry: Keep your collection in a dark, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Pro Tip: Natural oxidation is a normal process for precious metals. Regular wear actually helps prevent tarnish on many silver pieces, so don't let your favorites sit in the box for too long!

How to measure a ring (recommended)
- Take a ring that already fits the intended finger.
- Measure the inside diameter across the widest point of the opening, in millimetres (mm). Do not include the metal thickness.
- Or wrap a thin strip of paper / soft tape around the base of the finger, mark the overlap, lay flat, and measure that length in mm — that is the inside circumference.
- Match the mm value to the table below. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for wider bands.
Tips: Measure at the end of the day; avoid very cold or swollen fingers. Left and right hands can differ. Temperature, diet, and knuckle shape all affect fit.

About sizing systems
- US / Canada: numeric scale used widely in North America.
- EU / ISO: size ≈ inside circumference in millimetres (ISO 8653).
- UK: letter sizes (half sizes common).
- Hong Kong 港码: integer scale used by many HK jewellers (aligned here to common retail diameter tables). Mainland China numbering varies by shop — send mm if unsure.
Different brands may round differently. Treat international columns as a guide, not a guarantee of fit.
